Al Raya Store's Return and Exchange Policy

Al Raya Store aims to provide comfort and service to valued customers through effective communication with them before ordering and purchasing the product or even after activation, in accordance with the return policy.

Maintaining and protecting consumer rights while shopping is an important matter to consider. If you wish to return your order, we are here to help.

In all cases, you must prove payment and purchase through a payment receipt or purchase invoice.

All the services, codes, and keys we provide are original, official, and approved by the manufacturer. If you receive a digital key that does not work, it will be replaced with another key of the same product. Note that this has not happened to us, but if it does, we will check the digital key and make sure that there is no defect or tampering with the digital key.

The website reserves the right to change its return or exchange policy permanently or temporarily at any time, as it deems appropriate or necessary. Therefore, the consumer should always stay informed of any changes to the website.

By using this store, you agree to all of our policies, including the return policy, and your dealings with us constitute an electronic signature to that effect.

Situations in which your request is postponed, not processed, and the order amount is not refunded:

When there is a problem with the order details and the customer is contacted but does not respond, the order will be suspended for 27 days if the customer does not contact us. On day 28, Al Raya Store will have the right to postpone the order and not refund any amount to the customer.

Conditions under which a product is eligible for return:

The activation key is not working (if it does not work, it will be replaced with another key, and if it does not work again, the money will be refunded to you).

The activation key is different from the order (if you receive a product different from your order, it will be replaced for you).

The activation key has not been delivered (more than 4 days after the customer's request, the customer is entitled to request a refund).

The customer must ensure that their device version is compatible with the required license, as the store does not accept incorrect orders.

The key must be used immediately after purchase and within a maximum of 3 days. The store is not responsible if the key does not work after the specified period.

In some cases, the customer is told that they must contact the service provider from whom they purchased the service. For example: the code from Jawaker.

You should contact their support team and ask them when the code was activated and inform us via the live technical support available on the website.

If I change my mind after completing my order, can I cancel it and get a refund?

We only issue refunds if your order has not yet been processed. If your order is on the "Processing" or "Delivery" list, your order has been processed, and therefore we cannot issue a refund.

Is it possible to get a refund?

The only circumstance under which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within four days of your initial order placement. This applies if the estimated delivery time is less than four days for the product. If the estimated delivery time is longer than four days, a refund may be issued after that time. However, if your order is delivered promptly and in full, we will not issue a refund.

If the refund to the customer is approved

1- Payments made via bank cards, cash refund period

The customer's account will be processed within 3 to 14 business days for the bank in case of order cancellation.

2- If the amount is to be returned to the customer, the payment tax fees will be deducted from the customer as administrative fees, and the remainder of the amount will be returned to the customer. These fees are 1.5% for Mada card transactions and 3% + 1 riyal per transaction for Visa and Mastercard transactions.
